A bit of drizzle or light shower doesn’t bother us too much, and our walk-behind mowers and ride-ons are light on their feet so won’t cause damage to your lawn. If its been raining heavily and the ground is waterlogged we will reschedule your service to the following business day.

No, we pride ourselves on the quality of our workmanship, in fact it’s what drives us. Our prices are cheap because we work efficiently, we don’t pay fees to any franchise groups and we value regular custom over making a quick buck.

We accept cash, cheque, EFT transfers and a convenient credit card facility available via customer invoice email. To keep our costs down we don’t have an EFTPOS facility.

Despite our best efforts accidents sometimes do happen, this is why we carry full liability insurance. If we do happen to cause damage, you can rest assured it will be dealt with properly and honestly.

Yes, we offer a guarantee of 6 months on the labour portion of our work and any parts supplied are usually covered by a manufacturers warranty.

Yes. We cannot legally carry out construction works valued over $3300, or some plumbing and electrical work that requires a licensed tradesperson. We will advice if this is the case and can even recommend a tradesperson or builder who can help.

On the whole yes we do. However if an estimate is required that is particularly lengthy or costly to produce we may ask for a small fee prior to commencing. The initial consultation will of course be free.
