How a job runs

1. Get in touch with your suburb, property size, whether the home is currently vacant or lived-in, and what you need cleaned. Sharing your real estate exit checklist or a few quick photos is super helpful! 2. We'll outline exact inclusions, exclusions, and a clear fixed price before booking anything in. We don't believe in generic "package rates" that ignore the actual state of the property. 3. Together, we lock in a date that suits key handover, access, and good weather for any outdoor work. 4. Our friendly team gets to work on your agreed areas and leaves the property looking spotless for inspections, photography, or everyday living. 5. If your property manager flags a reasonable cleaning item that was included in our agreed quote, our return-to-reclean Service Promise has you covered (terms apply). Please note that final bond refund decisions rest with your landlord or agent, as they also consider general wear and tear or repairs.

We like to keep our quotes straightforward and transparent. The following services are excluded unless explicitly requested:

Heavy mould remediation beyond standard surface cleaning in accessible areas
Extreme heavy-duty, hoarding, or biohazard cleaning
Rubbish removal, garage clear-outs, or furniture disposal
General handyman repairs, painting, or maintenance (can be booked separately)
High-access or roof work requiring specialised licensing

If your exit report or photos highlight extra items, simply send them through with your enquiry and we'll gladly let you know what we can cover in the same visit.

We are happy to clean occupied homes inside and out as long as we can coordinate around residents, pets, and parking. For bond cleans, we require the home to be vacant or nearly vacant—leftover furniture slows down the job and covers surfaces that property managers need to inspect.

Mackay notes

Living in tropical Mackay means humidity and wet weather build up grime, soap scum, and surface mould much faster in kitchens and bathrooms. Coastal sea breezes also drop salt and grit onto window tracks, frames, and exterior walls. Older homes often need extra attention on tile grout, rangehoods, and sliding door tracks. Because every home is different, we price based on overall condition rather than a flat suburb average—which is why sending photos helps us give you an accurate price!

A bit of light rain rarely interrupts an interior clean, but exterior washing and gutter work will pause for heavy storms or high winds. If the lawn is waterlogged, we hold off on dragging hoses and heavy equipment across it to keep your garden looking good.
