  • Which areas do you service?

    We service the entire Mackay region and sometimes further by arrangement.

  • For Mowing, what if it's raining?

    A bit of drizzle or light shower doesn't bother us too much, and our walk-behind mowers and ride-ons are light on their feet so won't cause damage to your lawn. If its been raining heavily and the ground is waterlogged we will reschedule your service to the following business day.

  • Your prices are very competitive; does this mean you do a "quick" job?

    No, we pride ourselves on the quality of our workmanship, in fact it's what drives us. Our prices are cheap because we work efficiently, we don't pay fees to any franchise groups and we value regular custom over making a quick buck.

  • How can I pay you?

    We accept cash, cheque or EFT transfers. To keep our costs down we don't have an EFTPOS facility.

  • What if you damage or break something when you are here?

    Despite our best efforts accidents sometimes do happen, this is why we carry full liability insurance. If we do happen to cause damage, you can rest assured it will be dealt with properly and honestly.

  • Is your work guaranteed?

    Yes, we offer a full money back guarantee if we are unable to rectify a genuine concern with any work we have carried out.

  • Is there anything you can't do?

    Yes. We cannot legally carry out construction works valued over $3300, or some plumbing and electrical work that requires a licensed tradesperson. We will advice if this is the case and can even recommend a tradesperson or builder who can help.

  • Do you offer free estimates?

    On the whole yes we do. However if an estimate is required that is particularly lengthy or costly to produce we may ask for a small fee prior to commencing. The initial consultation will of course be free.
